TECHNICIAN I (COUNTY)

POSITION GOAL

To perform assigned duties in a reliable and independent manner under general direction with a minimum of direct supervision.

ESSENTIAL PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Standard high school diploma or satisfactory completion of an approved General Educational Development (GED) Testing Program.
• A considerable knowledge related to the assigned department or program.
• Some clerical skills and knowledge of equipment and machines as required to perform assigned tasks.
• Computer skills as required for the position.
