Application Process

Reviewing our information for applicants will equip an applicant with relevant information and helpful links prior to beginning the application process. Please review each position before applying to see if you meet the minimum qualifications. Current BCPS employees must use the internal career site to apply for positions.

Selection Process

Each application for district administrative positions is reviewed for eligibility according to the job description's minimum and preferred qualifications. The interview is a multi-tiered process and is comprised of a diverse selection committee. Once a candidate has been selected, a Human Resources Administrator will guide them through the recruitment process.
